How to Become Saved

• REALIZE WE ALL HAVE SINNED - Romans 3:23
  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;..
  The Bible teaches us that we all have fallen into sin in some way. The cost of sin is greater than most people realize.

• UNDERSTAND SIN WILL COST YOU - Romans 6:23
  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
  The effects of sin are devastating, but it does not compare to the love God has toward you. His love is more than enough to overcome the destruction of sin.

• DISCOVER GOD'S FREE GIFT FOR YOU - Gospel of John 3:16-17
  3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
  3:17 - For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
  God's Love is not condemning, but it reaches out with love and forgiveness.

• KNOW GOD'S ABUNDANCE FOR YOUR LIFE - Gospel of John 10:10                                                                                                                                                                                                                     The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

• God's desire for your life is to be blessed in spirit, soul and body.

• HOW YOU CAN BE SAVED - Romans 10:9-13
  • 10:9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
  • 10:10 - For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
  • 10:11 - For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
  • 10:12 - For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
  • 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

• The Bible teaches that if you believe on Jesus, and confess Him as your Lord and Savior, that you will be saved. If you want to be saved and set free from the control of sin,
  pray this prayer to God from your heart, out loud.
