Elevate Youth

Vision

The vision of Elevate Youth Ministries is to worship God in spirit and truth, read and study His Word to understand His ways, through prayer come to know God in intimacy and relationship, and finally to share the heart of Jesus with the lost. 

Our youth logo was created to show that we want to Elevate God and worship him passionately. We also desire to Elevate our lives and live as examples of Jesus, and endeavor to impact the lives of others.

What does Elevate Youth Group Look Like?

We meet every Wednesday night at 7 pm and every Sunday morning at 9 am. On Wednesday nights we typically run on a monthly schedule. Two Wednesdays a month we have what’s called Worship and Word night where we come to worship God and study through his Word. Then one Wednesday a month we have different types of events like a night of worship, prayer and communion where we can just rest in his presence and worship him in spirit and truth, a night of outreach and evangelism where we do service projects for people in our community and all kinds of outreach oriented ideas.  Finally on the last Wednesday of the month we have an activity night where we just have fun. We do moving nights at the church; go bowling, play board games, go to concerts, hockey games, arena football, Boondocks Event Center lock in's, or outdoor activities in the summer.

Mission Trips

Our students get an opportunity every summer to go on a missions trip. These trips tend to be one to two weeks long with travel time. We have done trips to Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Northern Ireland and local stateside outreaches. Missions trips are really challenging and fulfilling to see God do awesome stuff in our lives and those we are trying to reach.
