Mr. Lacy is an attorney and his practice is limited to areas of income, estate, and gift taxation, estate and income tax planning, and probate. His practice emphasis also includes extensive Business Entity Formation (family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and general and limited partnerships) for entrepreneurs and their closely-held businesses, in which he addresses the federal and state tax consequences associated with all aspects of such businesses. Additionally his practice also includes Business Succession Planning and the formation and implemention of Buy-Sell Agreements. His practice also includes representation in estate and gift controversies before the Internal Revenue Service. 

 

 

Mr. Lacy is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and their respective tax sections. He is a member of Children's Medical Center Planned Giving Council. He also holds a Juris Doctor and is licensed as an attorney by the State Bar of Texas and licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court.
